1. The Service
ToolBuddy is a curated directory of trending tools, software trials, promotional codes, and related resources, some of which are submitted by community members. Access to certain content requires credits, which you may earn or purchase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
3. Credits and Payments
- Credits are virtual items with no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Free credits (welcome, referral, watch-ads, daily) expire as indicated at the time they are granted.
- Paid plan credits and the ad-free benefit expire 30 days after purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or anti-fraud measures.
- Scrape, mirror, or resell content without permission.
- Upload malware, spam, harassing content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. User-Submitted Content
Some content (promo codes, BINs, comments, tools) is contributed by users. You are responsible for any content you submit and grant ToolBuddy a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform. See our Disclaimer for important details about third-party content.
6. Intellectual Property
The ToolBuddy name, brand, design, and software are owned by us. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
